These pages contain various mod projects I have created over the years for games in the “Elder Scrolls” series. While all trademarks and other Intellectual Property created exclusively by Bethesda Softworks remain their property, these projects contain a SUBSTANTIAL amount of original content, scripting logic, written material, 3d models and texture images that are MY intellectual property, for which I maintain and reserve all rights under United States Copyright law. I offer these projects here freely for personal use only, in keeping with the Bethesda Softworks EULA. However, these mods may not be re-distributed, hosted, or retransmitted, as to do so would necessarily involve also re-distributing, hosting, or retransmitting that part which is my own original work and material, and would thus be in violation of aforementioned US Copyright Law. Given new laws like ACTA being passed which allow these rights to be enforced globally, I would be very cautious in idealistically assuming there won’t be consequences if you are caught, even i’f I’m not the one enforcing them!
