UPDATE 1:

I am including some compatibility patches here, specifically for Vality’s Bitter Coast Mod.

If you use the Vality mods, I have included a file here to use INSTEAD of “Vality’s Bitter Coast Addon.esp.” It basically moves a couple of the trees he added around to avoid them being in the way of this and also my Seyda Hill House if you use that.

You MUST first install the above linked version of Vality’s Bitter Coast 4.0 mod. Then, delete Vality’s Bitter Coast Addon.esp and replace it with ONE of the files from the “sg1-vality_patch.zip” in the download section:

If you are using just my Vitelius Estate mod, first delete “sg1_vitelius_estate.esp” (since this patch has both the Vality stuff and my stuff in one), then copy the file “sg1_vality_bitter_coast_vitelius_only.esp” from “sg1-vality_patch.zip” to your Data Files folder.

If you are using BOTH my Vitelius Estate mod AND my Seyda Neen Hill House (recommended), delete both “sg1_vitelius_estate.esp” and “sg1_seyda-hill_house_1.0.esp” from your Data Files, then copy the “sg1_vality_bitter_coast_vitelius&hillhouse.esp” file from “sg1-vality_patch.zip” to your Data Files.

UPDATE 2:

For those trying out MGE, it is now possible to get animated grass in Morrowind. Check out the Morrowind Grass Mod. There are instructions in the readme on how to generate distant land in MGE (which you will also need to download).

I am including another file here called “sg1-grass_patch.zip” that basically clears the grass out of the way from these two homes, as well as for my Sgaileach Estate mod which has been updated.

First, install Yacoby’s grass I linked above. Next download “sg1-grass_patch.zip.”

If you are using either Vitelius Estate OR Seyda Hill House, copy the file “Grass_Bitter Coast.esp” from “sg1-grass_patch.zip” to your Data Files, overwriting Yacoby’s version.

Also, if you are using Sgaileach Estate, copy “Grass_West Gash.esp” from “sg1-grass_patch.zip” to your Data Files, overwriting Yacoby’s version.

Vitelius Estate:

A library of new books, scripts, a mini-quest, estate, and story.

The house is composed of three main sections, the house itself, a guest house, and a scholar-hovel/storm cellar. Inside the later you will find an assortment of items as well as many books presently available on Morrowind Summit, plus a few surprises of my own. (The Epic of Yilgamseh (Gilgamesh), The Stele of Revealing, Liber ABA I, the Papyrus of Ani, etc.)

All storm cellar wall torches may be taken down from and returned to their hangers by activating these switches. Also, the weapons you see hanging from racks in various rooms can also be returned to their original positions by clicking the racks, assuming you still have them in your inventory. Other stuff like lighting and extinguishing the fireplace works also, and books can be returned to their place automatically by clicking the bookshelf (again, with the books you took in your inventory.)

Also, there is a very special ring hidden somewhere in the storm cellar. See included readme for important information.
